A company, enterprise, firm, business, individual entrepreneur, or other legal entity established in accordance with the legislation of Tajikistan, whose head is under the age of 35, or whose founder is under the age of 35 and owns all or more than 50% of the capital;
An individual under the age of 35 engaged in entrepreneurial activity; age requirement: from 18 to 35 years; for Start-Business — from 22 to 35 years.
