On the eve of the significant date - the 30th anniversary of the state Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of CJSC Bank "Arvand" Sodikova Sh.M., held an online meeting with the Bank's employees on the occasion of this important and landmark day. During the period of independence, the country has faced various obstacles, both economically and socially. The unity of the nation and hard work for the prosperity of the country have undoubtedly borne fruit and now, 30 years later, we can proudly observe how Tajikistan is rapidly developing in all significant aspects.
It was during the years of independence, along with the development of the country, that Arvand Bank connects its successful activities and for almost 20 years has not strayed from the course for a strong and sustainable future. Thanks to the strengthening of the country's domestic and foreign policy, the Bank was able to strengthen its status as a reliable, stable and innovative player in the country's banking services market.
Further, in order to strengthen mutual understanding and increase the level of loyalty of employees, an open conversation took place between all employees of CJSC Bank Arvand with the Chairman of the Bank Sodikova Sh.M. The format of the meeting was free, anyone had the opportunity to express their opinion, ask a question or simply leave their appeal anonymously. A large staff of employees, who are already approaching the 1,000 mark, enthusiastically embraced this opportunity and actively participated in the conversation with their direct management. The questions were of a different nature. Starting from raising the salary level and up to specific proposals to improve the quality of services provided. There were personal questions, everyday and just words of gratitude. Summing up the meeting, one thing was obvious - the conversation turned out to be constructive, open and versatile. Not a single question remained unanswered. It was an unusual but very productive experience, and the Chairman of the Bank announced her intention to hold such meetings regularly.
At the end, the Chairman of the Bank once again congratulated all employees on Independence Day and added:
- "The success of Arvand Bank directly depends on the integrity and correct development strategy of the country. So, at the time of issuing the first loan, Arvand consisted of only 12 employees, and with the painstaking work and faith in success, to date, Arvand Bank has become one of the country's leaders in the banking industry. After all, when the state thrives and develops, it directly affects the welfare of the population, improving business conditions and the economy as a whole. All this became possible thanks to the correct policy and care on the part of the Head of state, the Leader of the Nation, the respected President of the Republic of Tatarstan Emomali Rahmon," Shoira Muzaffarovna noted.
