Dear friends! We have a great news and an immense sense of pride!
We hasten to share with you that yesterday, June 21, the competition “20 successful women in the banking sector of Tajikistan”, which was held by AMFOT with the support of the National Bank of Tajikistan, ended. The goal of the competition is to motivate and increase the authority of women in the banking sector, including improving the economic and social status of women in modern society. The winners were determined in the following nominations: “Best Credit Expert”, “Best Employee for Working with Deposits and Banking Cards”, “Best Manager”, “Best Employee of Banking Information Technologies” and “Best Back Office Employee”.
On the same day, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the competition was held in Dushanbe and two of our employees became winners in two different categories:
Radzhabova Guljakhon - “Best Manager”
Ibodulloeva Sokhiba - “Best Credit Expert”
Radzhabova Guljakhon has been working at Bank “Arvand” since 2005. She began her activities in the Isfara branch as an accountant and quite soon became the chief accountant of this branch. Has extensive experience in accounting, statistics and reporting. Currently, she holds the position of operational manager of the Kanibadam branch of CJSC Bank “Arvand”.
Ibodulloeva Sokhiba began her journey at Bank “Arvand” in 2014 as a credit expert in the Bank’s branch in the Devashtich district. Hard work and high skills helped her achieve her goals and plans with ease. Today, she holds the position of sales department manager of the CJSC Bank “Arvand” branch in the Devashtich region.
Both winners participated in numerous trainings and are constantly improving their skills to this day. The Bank's management has repeatedly awarded them for outstanding achievements and performance indicators. Winning this competition is direct evidence of how a woman can and possesses all the skills to combine caring for family and home with successful professional activities.
We sincerely congratulate our employees on this well-deserved recognition and wish them further development of their skills and knowledge in the field of banking. We hope that these awards will serve as an impulse for even greater aspirations and will be beneficial in achieving the strategic goals of our Bank.
