“Open Day” in the Vakhsh district

On May 2, within the framework of the GEFF II Tajikistan program supported by the EBRD, Bank Arvand together with the GEFF II Tajikistan team held an “Open Day” at the demonstration site of the “Tanzila” Dehkan Farm in the Vakhsh district to raise public awareness.

Participants learned about modern greenhouse and green technologies, including drip irrigation, vertical farming, solar panels, biofertilizers, and digital solutions in agriculture.

Representing Bank Arvand, Gulnora Kosimova presented financing opportunities available under the GEFF program. Project consultant Sadriddin Juraev also spoke about the implementation of green technologies in agribusiness.

The event became a platform for sharing experience and promoting sustainable solutions in the agricultural sector.
