• GTZ – course on “Training on preparing the trainers” – Trainer  – consultant on finance and management record, audit and microlending.

Experience:

Shahnoz Ikromi has started her activity in 1998 in Authorized section of “Amonatbank” in Chkalovsk city, where she hold a position of accountant- operation analyst.
Working in the microfinance organization she passed the way from Loan officer to Director of  Development Department of CJSC Bank "Arvand".

Within the trainers’ training program, organized by the GTZ and AMFOT she has passed training and has been certified and actively cooperates with the representatives of MLF RT as a Business- trainer consultant.
