Shafiev Azimjon started his cereer in 2004 at the  Microloan Fund “Microinvest” where he worked as a cashier. Working in the microfinance organization has gone from a cashier to a chief accountant.

 

Since 2011, he continued his career in the LLC MDO “Arvand” in Khujand as an internal auditor.

 

In 2017 by having great experience in the financial sector, Shafiev Azimjon had been appointed as the manager of the risk department of CJSC Bank "Arvand".

 

In 2019, within the framework of the signed merger agreement between LLC MDO “Arvand” and  CJSC “Accessbank Tajikistan”, Shafiev Azimjon was appointed to the position of General Director of CJSC “Accessbank Tajikistan”. After the completion of the merger, he was reassigned to the head of the risk management department in CJSC  Bank “Arvand”.

 

2021-2024 - Director of retail services and RBS department.
