CJSC Bank "Arvand" opens tha doors of new BSC (banking service center) in BAMR.

      A difficult year in all aspects ends with a joyful and one might say long-awaited event, both in the Bank itself and among the population of Khorog - Bank "Arvand" is now in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region! For the first time in the last ten years, the population of the largest region of the country is acquiring a new financial assistant. In a solemn atmosphere, the opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of the city of Khorog Alisher Mirzonabotov, the Manager of the regional branch of the National Bank of Tajikistan in Khorog Koimdodzoda Zainularab, the Director of the Dushanbe branch of CJSC Bank "Arvand" Rakhimov Shavkat, as well as our partners and media representatives. The exciting moment of cutting the red ribbon has passed, the participants and guests of the event are eagerly starting to get acquainted with the new office and the list of banking services provided. From this moment, CJSC Bank "Arvand" officially begins its activities in the high-mountainous territory of Tajikistan.

      Bypassing all the hardships and shocks that this difficult and exciting year brought to us, the Bank's management firmly and unswervingly pursued a course to develop and strengthen the position of the organization. Together with these ambitions, the population's access to financial services was at the head of the tasks set during the pandemic, when absolutely all sectors of the economy were experiencing serious "ailments". The next service office confidently demonstrates, and what is more significant, proves the passed strength-test of the entire staff of CJSC Bank "Arvand", headed by its permanent head Sodikova Shoira Muzaffarovna.

      In the same year, CJSC Bank "Arvand" opened the doors of two more new BSCs - in the city of Khujand and Dushanbe. Also, conditions were improved and three offices were modernized in the cities and districts of Gonchi, Kanibadam and J. Rasulov. Thus, taking into count the new service office, CJSC Bank "Arvand" proudly indicated its presence in all three regions of the Republic of Tajikistan, in the Regions of Republican Subordination and in the capital of our Motherland. Today, the Bank's branch network includes more than 70 branches and banking service centers, where customers have the opportunity to receive a wide range of offered banking services, such as: obtaining a loan, opening a deposit account, sending / receiving money transfers, currency exchange, and other banking operations.

      Also, this year, special attention was paid to remote services. Understanding and defining the needs of our clients played an important role in this direction. As a result, the mobile application "Arvand" (electronic wallet) turned out to be the most necessary tool that fully met the requirements of the tasks in the field of remote services. More than 13 thousand customers already use this application and perform almost all financial transactions without visiting the Bank.
