Biography:
Dorian has more than 12 years of solid and diverse banking experience. He has held progressively managing positions in corporate finance, insurance, leasing, as well as in restructuring and financial inclusion in several countries.
Dorian started his career in 2008 at EDF (Électricité de France) in Russia as a business analyst, where he was actively involved in several major energy projects (utilities, gas transportation, and energy efficiency). In 2011, he joined Société Générale to implement its insurance program and participate in the implementation of Rosbank merger with the other Russian entities of Société Générale Group. Subsequently, Dorian joined the Corporate Division where he was in charge of leasing Rosbank products to international clients.
In 2015, Dorian was employed by Amsterdam Trade Bank (ATB), a subsidiary of Alfa Bank Group in the Netherlands, to participate in the restructuring of its large portfolio in CIS region, including in Central Asia, with exposures to various industries (commodities trading, energy, mining, IT, retail). Since 2017, in ATB, he was actively developing the portfolio of corporate clients in The Netherlands and the rest of Europe with focus on asset-based transactions (shipping, terminals, equipment, exports financing, and renewables).
Since 2020, Dorian has been working at Triodos Investment Management in the Financial inclusion team covering ECCA region (Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia). On behalf of Triodos, Dorian is also shareholder representative at 3Bank in Serbia. Since December 2022, he is non-executive Director of the Supervisory Board of Arvand Bank.
In France, Dorian graduated from Paris Business School (ESCP Europe) with a Master degree in European Management and an MBA in International Management. He also graduated from MGIMO University (Moscow) in international relations (Bachelor) and also holds a French Master degree in History.
He is fluent in English, Russian and French.
